My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I believe meaningful healing happens within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship, where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace.
I work from an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens, recognizing how our early relationships and life experiences shape the ways we connect with ourselves and others. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) alongside other evidence-based approaches to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and create lasting change.
My work is especially grounded in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity development, and life transitions. I also have a passion for working with individuals from marginalized communities, including those navigating cultural expectations, intergenerational trauma, and the complexities of balancing multiple identities. As a first-generation Arab American, I understand the importance of providing a space where clients don't have to explain or minimize the cultural context that shapes their experiences.
