Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years in the field and fully licensed for 15+ years. I have provided direct service and clinical management services in residential, crisis hospital, community, and private practice settings with both youth and adults. My experience is in trauma care, mood disorders, crisis stabilization, identity issues, cultural issues related to race, military families, chronic illness management, group therapy, child and family/couples therapy and more.

My approach to therapy

I value establishing a non-judgmental and relaxed therapeutic relationship with clients. My treatment approach is from the philosophy that each person is the expert in their own lives and I facilitate them learning how to use their own expertise and strengths to navigate their lives. I’m friendly, calm, direct but compassionate, diverse and love celebrating the small successes that all clients make in treatment.
