Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with children, adults, and families in outpatient, home-based, and virtual settings. My experience includes helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, parenting challenges, and complex family dynamics. I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process. I draw from trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, humanistic, experiential, and other evidence-based approaches depending on each person's needs and goals. Together, we can identify patterns that may be getting in the way, build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop strategies that can be used outside of the therapy session.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We will talk about what you have been experiencing, what is important to you, and what you would like to be different. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before you arrive. We will begin identifying goals together and discuss how therapy can best support you. My goal is to create a comfortable, open environment where you feel heard and leave with a clearer sense of what we can work toward together.
