Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Addiction Counselor, I help individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, panic, trauma, depression, grief, relationship stress, or addiction recovery and are tired of feeling like they have to hold everything together on their own.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing with greater clarity and self-trust. I also support individuals navigating marital conflict, divorce, and the challenges of single parenting.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping you create lasting emotional change — not just temporary relief.

*Please note: I do not see couples through insurance. Couples sessions are private pay at $200 per session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to be engaged, sometimes direct and I give homework. I want clients that are willing to do the work to heal and thrive. Everyone is an individual with different needs. My innate belief is that everyone can heal.

What you can expect from me

We will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there we will collaboratively set your goals and a plan to reach them
