Great to meet you!

My ideal client is someone who has been carrying the weight of anxiety that feels constant, sadness that lingers, or past experiences that continue to impact their daily life. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward.

They are looking for a space where they can feel understood, supported, and accepted while learning how to navigate life with greater confidence and ease.

Together, we work toward relieving the emotional burdens they carry while reconnecting with their strengths, building healthier coping strategies, and creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of past trauma. Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients better understand their thoughts and patterns, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and identify meaningful steps toward lasting change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Taking the first step is often where healing begins.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know one another and exploring what brings them to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, your goals for treatment, and the experiences that have shaped where you are today.

My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and comfortable as we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We will work together to identify areas where you would like to create change and begin exploring strategies that can help you feel more empowered and supported.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to make the process feel approachable and collaborative. You don’t need to have everything perfectly figured out—we will take the time to understand your story and create a path forward that feels right for you.
