Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping individuals, families, and teens navigate life’s challenges. I provide personalized, evidence-based therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring culturally sensitive care. My approach creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. I help clients build coping skills, manage stress, and achieve personal growth. Together, we work toward overcoming obstacles and creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel understood and supported. I believe every person has strengths they can build on, and together we’ll work to find practical ways to overcome challenges and create positive change. I often use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness to help manage stress, improve mood, and strengthen coping skills. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and families who may be navigating life transitions, anxiety, or difficult emotions. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I value creating a culturally sensitive and safe space where you can be yourself. My goal is to help you feel more confident, calm, and connected in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll also ask a few questions to better understand your background, strengths, and current challenges. Together, we’ll start setting goals and discuss what therapy might look like for you. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share openly and move at your own pace. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together toward your goals.
