Great to meet you!

My experience and education provides me with the skills to walk with you to help build effective communication styles, tools to cope, and hope for the future. In addition, I have an expert understanding of the education system from my years in the public school system. Therefore, I am able to provide support in academics, transitions, and processes involved in the educational setting.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, challenge flawed thinking, work on growth mindset and goal setting, and use a blend of effective strategies to help build tools for daily use. In our time together, we will work to rebuild confidence, inspiration, self worth, peace, and joy in the journey forward.

What you can expect from me

As your counselor, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. Together, we'll set realistic, achievable goals - whether it's managing anxiety, improving relationships, increasing self-esteem, or developing healthier coping strategies. My approach focuses on practical tools and consistent progress, helping you move toward outcomes you truly desire.
