Great to meet you!

Aloha! Fun fact that I grew up in Hawaii and try to embody the Aloha spirit as much as possible. My background is in Special Education, and I worked in public schools before getting my master's in counseling. I am the mother of two boys, and I practice yoga and hang out with my dogs in my free time.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma-informed, person-centered therapy and work collaboratively with clients as they navigate trauma, mental health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is flexible and supportive, allowing therapy to meet you where you are while honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe, compassionate space where your feelings are honored, your story is heard, and your pace is respected. In our first session, we’ll begin exploring what brings you to therapy and gently identify patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we’ll work toward reconnecting with your sense of self and purpose as you move forward in healing and growth.
