Great to meet you!

Hello!

My name is Dana Dansby, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy working with my patients to find solutions to their issues. Actively listening to each person’s story, is reflected in creating their individualized treatment plan. I believe in creating a warm, inviting and open atmosphere in hopes that the patient feels safe enough to share their experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is 1st establishing the relationship between myself and the client. I seek to know their interest, hobbies, likes and dislikes, their triggers, current ways of managing issues etc. I am listening for coping strategies that they already have and how we can increase the it use and learn more effective ones as well.

What you can expect from me
