Dana Dart-McLean is a psychotherapist as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has over ten years of experience supporting children, adults, couples, and families with personal growth and managing struggles. She is trained in expressive art therapy as well as somatic (body awareness) therapy. She has experience with the Gottman couples therapy technique as well as polyvagal informed techniques. In her years of work as a therapist she has supported people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and grief.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Dana takes a compassionate and trauma-informed approach. In addition to psychotherapy, she is a facilitator of art and mindfulness workshops. She's offered workshops at the Berkeley Art Museum, Stanford University, Oakland Public Library, and prisons and jails in California. She is also a dancer, musician, and painter.
