Great to meet you!

I provide collaborative, non-judgmental therapy for all individuals, respecting every background and identity. My experience spans university and community mental health settings, corrections, and working with diverse clients. My time in the U.S. Marine Corps taught me resilience, and I aim to help you reach your mental health goals.

My approach to therapy

My main therapy approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My therapy is collaborative with you as an equal partner in the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients will develop skills to acknowledge their present circumstances while actively addressing unhealthy habits, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and modifying dysfunctional behaviors. Mindfulness techniques will be applied to strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, improve emotional regulation, and build distress tolerance.
