Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dana DeLorenzo, licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and a trauma specialist with a deep commitment to supporting you through the weight of what you carry—on the job, at home, and in the quiet (or not so quiet) moments in between. My approach is down-to-earth, respectful, and collaborative. You won’t get fluff here—just real conversations, tailored support, and a space where nothing is too heavy to bring into the room.

I’m trained in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, CPT, DBT, and EMDR. I draw from these evidence-based practices to explore root causes while offering practical tools for navigating stress, trauma, and everyday challenges. Whether you’re experiencing depression, managing anxiety, recovering from traumatic events, or simply seeking a space to decompress, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s going on and move forward with purpose.

I’ve seen how vital it is to have a space that’s consistent, confidential, and judgment-free. If you're ready to talk, I’m here to listen.

My approach to therapy

I believe in developing a treatment plan with you and for you. I will use different modes of therapy for what fits you and meets your needs.

What you can expect from me

I hope that you will feel that after meeting with me, you will first and foremost feel heard, know that you are not judged, and are cared for and respected.
