Great to meet you!

I am certified in EMDR therapy which provides a deeper layer of work than traditional talk therapy alone can provide. I am also a certified TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercise) practitioner. TRE is a somatic therapy that works with the body to release neuromuscular tension patterns. I enjoy working with clients from adolescence through end of life. I am almost 50 years old with 2 adult children and a husband, which allows me to bring my own life experiences and wisdom to my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client centered. I tailor sessions to each individual client's needs. Every client is unique needing different techniques and tools in their sessions. We will work as a team to figure out your individual needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect more clarity and a deeper knowledge of patterns within themselves that they need to work on. By releasing traumatic memories and changing dysfunctional patterns, clients can let go of old stories and beliefs that are keeping them stuck and replace them with healthy ones. This allows ease and contentment back into their lives and relationships.
