Great to meet you!

Do you feel like you have lost touch with the part of you that knows just what to do? I am here to listen, to witness without judgment, and to be your collaborator as you navigate life’s gifts and challenges. I believe that you have the inner resources to heal, and I will support you in getting back in touch with that healthy part of you.

My approach to therapy

In our work together we may use art-making, body-based interventions, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. These interventions are used within the ongoing examination of how your life history, identity, and culture contribute to who you are. I welcome all the complex parts of you.

What you can expect from me

By better understanding all of these parts of yourself, you will have the opportunity to make intentional decisions about how you want to grow. This process is exciting, challenging, and creative. I have specialties in trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and relationship issues.
