Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family counselor in Colorado. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication, a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I love working with couples and individuals struggling with relationship issues. I have extensive experience with high conflict couples and military families. I believe that most relationship struggles can be solved and am honored to guide my clients to resolution and peace in their relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct but kind. I know how hard it is to take the first step and seek help so I keep my therapy room safe and free from judgement.

What you can expect from me
