I am interested in creating a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy. I have over 20 years of experience working with couples, adolescents and youth. I take great care to ensure that my clients develop the tools they need to not only feel better but to thrive both personally and in relationships. I am passionate about building meaningful connections with clients by creating a foundation of kindness and trust.

My approach to therapy

have experience helping families, couple and adolescents through strategic and structural family therapy. I assist individuals in the areas of stress and anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. I have provided clinical mental health services in behavioral health organizations, schools, communities, day-treatment centers, and hospitals.
