Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. While working together, I aim to be your mirror, holding steady through the trials and triumphs of self reflection, to support your journey of personal growth. I will help you identify patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer serving you or your vision for peace, happiness and health. Together, we will create time, space and energy for you to reach your goals. I strive to instill hope, improve self-regulation and relaxation, forge new and positive behaviors and relationships with yourself and the world around you, which serve you in living your life, not just surviving.

My approach to therapy

I have been providing therapy for 13 years across behavioral and mental health settings as a Behavior Specialist, Family Based Therapist and EAP Care Manager, working with children age 5 to adults, both in the community, client homes and in office. I am deeply knowledgeable and experienced in Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/ PTSD, Relationship Issues (couples and family), Grief and Chronic Illness. Therapeutic models I use include ESFT, CBT, ACT and DBT. I am also a Holy Fire Reiki II practitioner and often integrate techniques to support in nervous system regulation and mindfulness, to enhance healing.

What you can expect from me

We will work together, on day one, to create a shared vision for counseling and spark trust in your intuition and ability to heal and be the best version of you.
