Great to meet you!

I have a heart for helping people walk through difficult circumstances and find peace in their lives. It's hard to face, marriage and family issues, divorce, substance dependence, family incarceration, grief and single parenting alone. The therapy process is all about finding a professional who will meet you where you are and partner with you to help you grow and overcome. I'm glad you're here!

My approach to therapy

I believe in establishing a genuine connection with my clients. Connectedness is essential and one of our most basic needs. I struggled with being shy as a child and that shocks most people, because I am able to connect quickly. I like to do this through story, illustrations and humor. I value a Humanistic, Strength-based, and holistic approach to counseling. As we work together, I will incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced based approaches.

What you can expect from me

Wherever you are in your journey, I'll meet you there. Together, we will work to develop an understanding of the big picture by discovering your needs, your strengths and your goals. As you walk through your own journey, we will draw from your resources that you already possess to create the life that want.
