Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ with over 25 years of experience working in the field of interpersonal violence. I am sensitive to how grief, trauma and life transitions can derail us from how we envision our life and the world around us. My goal is to support you through your healing journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an active listener who brings unique expertise in the common impacts of trauma and grief, but I do not pretend to be the expert of your life. I listen to your needs, and your goals, and together we will work to develop the next steps in your wellness journey.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to assist you in gaining a better understanding of recognizing your strengths and abilities; to see yourself reach the goals you set for yourselves. Clients who work with me can expect to gain insight into how internal belief systems often shape the behaviors and choices we make, while gaining tools and strategies to recognize your own potential. Clients can expect to gain an understanding on how trauma and grief impact our sense of self and develop techniques for healing.
