Great to meet you!

Healing and personal growth can feel overwhelming at times, especially when navigating life’s challenges, stress, or difficult experiences. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and have seven years of clinical experience supporting clients as they work toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being. I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that can help individuals process distressing experiences and move toward a greater sense of stability and resilience. My goal is to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered on your path forward.

My approach to therapy

I combine EMDR with somatic therapy to help people heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional overwhelm. We focus on creating safety and regulation in the body and nervous system first, rather than only talking through problems. EMDR then helps your brain reprocess painful memories, so they stop triggering overwhelming reactions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, guiding you toward greater calm, resilience, and a sense of control over your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your goals for therapy. I create a safe, collaborative space where you can feel seen and supported. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify areas you want to work on, and discuss how EMDR and somatic approaches might support your healing. My aim is for you to leave feeling understood, empowered, and clear about the next steps in your therapy journey.
