Great to meet you!

I help those who are stressed out, overthinking, and struggling to navigate in their day to day lives. My treatment is trauma-informed and my hope is to create an inviting space that is safe for you to explore and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

I find that the most important tool in treatment is the relationship between client and therapist, and it is the leading factor in the work I do. Together, we can learn more about what you want and need to lead the life you desire.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and my approach starts with curiosity and empathy. My work is collaborative and pulls from multiple evidence based models, such as CBT and EMDR, with a focus on psychodynamic theory. My goal is that you feel seen and heard, learn tools to better support yourself, and create meaningful, sustainable change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Success in therapy looks different for every person! When working together, you can expect to you gain an understanding of yourself and how to manage things like unhelpful thoughts, reactivity, and relationship stress with more ease. You'll learn how your thoughts and feelings impact your actions, how your past may be impacting your present, and how to navigate challenges differently. Ultimately, you'll know you've made progress when you notice small shifts in your self-awareness, self-treatment, or feel a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
