Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful progress, and I work to build trust through empathy, compassion, and genuine connection.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. While I draw from a variety of methods, I have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic approaches, and Exposure Therapy. I help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and make steady progress toward the changes they want to see in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is helping you feel comfortable, welcomed, and heard. We will spend time getting to know your background, discussing your concerns, and identifying your goals for therapy. Together, we will create an initial plan that feels supportive, practical, and personalized to your needs.
