Great to meet you!

My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can take off the mask you wear for the world and explore what really matters to you. I attended SUNY Albany for my undergraduate degree and Long Island University at CW Post for my masters degree. I am licensed in both New York and Texas and have been practicing for over 13 years. I provide individual therapy to adults seeking support and change.

My approach to therapy

To me no problem is too big or too small to discuss in therapy. If it matters to you then it's worth discussing and exploring. If you're facing daily stressors or coping with major life changes, we can work together to find out what is standing in your way and develop strategies that align with your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions we’ll explore what symptoms and stressors you are experiencing and what effects they are having on your life. After this we develop a treatment plan identifying things you want to change or be different in your life. Examples would be the way you think or act, or the way you react to others behaviors. We will then identify the type of support you want to help you achieve these goals. Whether you're dealing with everyday stress or long-standing struggles, I can help you to find tools and strategies to that will allow you to feel more in control and moving towards the life you want.
