Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am an NCC/ LPC with a passion for helping children and adolescents navigate through life's difficulties. Drawing from my background in school counseling and community mental health, I specialize in supporting those navigating anxiety, anger management, trauma, and stress. I believe therapy should be a safe collaborative partnership where we focus on your unique goals using practical tools to help you feel your best.

My approach to therapy

I adopt a highly individualized, client-centered approach to care. My primary focus is on building a strong, trusting relationship where we can work together to address your specific needs. To support this, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including play therapy and expressive arts, to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered in our sessions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to get to know you and learn about your specific needs. This is a collaborative process. I want your input in how we can work together in a safe supportive environment to meet your goals and help you thrive.
