Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Dana! My experience is primarily with adolescents and young adults, and I also enjoy working with children and adults of all ages. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, unsure of yourself, or struggling with relationships, identity, or self-esteem, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m warm and down to earth, and I believe your story is important. My goal is to understand what makes you who you are and help you make meaningful changes that feel right for you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is very person-focused, solution-focused, and empowering. I want to understand your experiences, what you’re going through now, and what you want to be different in your life. Together, we’ll identify what is getting in the way and work toward practical changes that help you feel more confident, manage anxiety and stress, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and better understand yourself. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment while making sure therapy stays focused on the goals that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for me to get to know you, hear what brought you to therapy, and understand what you hope to get out of it. We’ll talk about what has been weighing on you, what you’ve tried before, and what you would like to change. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll take it from there and create a plan together. If you think we could be a good fit, book a free consultation and let’s talk.
