Great to meet you!

When life is defined by expectations, pressure, or major decisions, it can be hard to feel present or in control. I support individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, infertility, illness, parenting after fertility treatment, and life transitions. You can speak freely here—without judgment, pressure, or fear that you’ve said the wrong thing. I offer a compassionate, grounded space for people feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, parenting, employment demands, or the weight of life not going as planned.

My approach to therapy

As a young breast cancer survivor, I bring personal and professional insight into egg donation, surrogacy, parenting after third-party reproduction, and chronic illness. I also specialize in justice sensitivity in adults and children, supporting those who experience injustice deeply across social, political, and relational contexts.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer term to unpack emotions, we’ll work together to move through what’s hard and reconnect with what feels steady. I have 25+ years experience working with children, adolescents & families. I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and all who need a safe space to breathe, reflect, and reset. Virtual sessions available.
