Hello! I have 3 little children and enjoy spending time outside and being active. I specialize in maternal mental health. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space to work but also challenge as appropriate to aid in growth. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients identify the thoughts and behaviors that fuel stress and exhaustion, while teaching practical strategies to regain confidence and rest. I also incorporate Somatic Experiencing to provide healing through the body in physical movement.
