Great to meet you!

I am a very laid-back therapist. I value the therapeutic relationship we build. I view our experience as a travel we go on together to help remove obstacles leading to your chosen goals. This is also your safe place to talk about things you may not feel comfortable talking to with people in your day-to-day life. My approach is to provide a nonjudgmental safe space.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical approach is cognitive behavioral therapy. My job is to listen and provide tools to the clients, and they choose which tools to utilize in order to help themselves. Cognitive behavioral therapy helps individuals change their maladaptive thoughts and/or behaviors which helps them feel better and react/act in a more positive manner. Therapy is all voluntary and self-motivated process to help meet your individual goals.

What you can expect from me

A safe place free from judgment where clients learn to help themselves.
