Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults navigating burnout, stress, anger, and the lingering effects of trauma. I’m especially drawn to working with high-functioning individuals who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside.

My work blends clinical depth with a grounded, human approach. I’m not here to judge or pathologize you, but to understand you. I believe that many of the patterns we struggle with are adaptations that once made sense, and together we’ll gently explore what’s underneath them so you can move toward more ease, clarity, and choice in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, experiential, and rooted in present-moment awareness. Rather than just talking about problems, we slow things down and gently explore what’s happening inside you in real time, your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations.

I integrate trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, parts work, and evidence-based practices like sensorimotor psychotherapy. This allows us to address both the cognitive patterns and the deeper emotional or nervous system responses that often keep people feeling stuck.

Above all, I value creating a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and respectful of your pace. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and build the capacity to respond to life in a way that feels more aligned and empowering.

I’ve completed advanced training in trauma, somatic, and mind-body approaches, which allows me to work at a deeper level than traditional talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of safety and trust. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for.

We’ll talk about your current challenges, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background and what’s been working (and not working) for you so far.

Most importantly, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, not rushed. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of direction and whether it feels like a good fit to continue working together.
