Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Dana and my experience includes working with adults with a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety disorders, life transitions, communication, and low self-esteem. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a focus in direct practice. Additionally, I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), which provides advanced training to help clients suffering from a variety of anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

I value treating others with empathy and respect. My approach is strength based and combines a variety of evidence based modalities. I customize every session to nurture your unique goals and support your journey toward balance and inner peace. If you are ready to make positive changes in your life, I am here to support you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

My hope in working with clients is to address their concerns by setting goals and working toward those goals in each therapy session. I guide clients to learn about themselves on a deeper level by exploring their past and present challenges, encouraging daily self-care, and implementing small lifestyle changes to ultimately improve their quality of life.
