Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a licensed therapist, I specialize in parenting, life transitions, and relationships, and I believe therapy should feel both effective and approachable. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to show up as yourself.

We’ll work together to build practical strategies that you can use in your everyday life, while also gaining insight into patterns that may be holding you back. And yes—there might be a laugh or two along the way. If you’re ready to make meaningful changes and move forward with more clarity and confidence, let’s get started.

My approach to therapy

I combine Attachment Theory with Solution-Focused Therapy to help you understand how past relationships influence current patterns while also focusing on practical, forward-moving solutions. By exploring your attachment style, we can gain insight into how you connect with others, respond to challenges, and navigate relationships.

At the same time, we’ll focus on your strengths and identify clear, achievable goals that support meaningful progress. This approach allows us to both process and heal past experiences while building practical tools for change. My goal is to help you create lasting shifts that feel grounded, empowering, and aligned with the life and relationships you want to build.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, clients can expect to gain a clearer understanding of how past experiences shape current relationships and behaviors. You'll leave with concrete, actionable steps to tackle challenges and make progress toward your goals. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward creating meaningful change in your life, all while fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and connection.
