Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior and deeply value helping people improve their own lives. I have experience working with all ages in schools and outpatient settings, via individual, group, and family therapy. I have training in various subject areas and treatment approaches, and I customize the treatment to each individual, as no two people are the same.

My approach to therapy

My approach is down-to-earth, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each individual. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll build insight, explore what’s holding you back, and discover tools that fit your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll ask questions to better understand what you’re struggling with and what you need right now. We’ll talk about your reasons for seeking therapy, the goals you’d like to work toward, and what’s most important to you. These early sessions are also about building rapport and trust, so you feel comfortable and supported. Together, we’ll get a sense of whether I’m the right therapist for you and how we might work best as a team moving forward.
