Great to meet you!

I am unconventional and eclectic in my practice as well as in my selfhood. I aim to meet you where you're at and guide you through the process of self-discovery in a safe and enlightening space. The language we speak and land we journey through will be determined by the itinerary you create for our working relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach in this journey is relationally -focused and attachment -driven, though at its core malleable and ever -evolving to the needs of people and the dynamics of the world around me. I work with adults of all ages, backgrounds, and orientations to improve well-being and quality of relationships, develop insight and enhance self awareness, and build resilience to navigate stress and adversity.

What you can expect from me

My continual objective is to guide you home to your highest, authentic self. I want you to thrive- not merely survive.
