Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected.

I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, family challenges, or significant life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage difficult emotions, or trying to find your way through a season of change, you deserve a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your individual experiences, and work alongside you as you navigate challenges and move toward greater emotional well-being. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process, and I'm glad you're considering taking this step for yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and centered on your individual needs and goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand your experiences, identify challenges, and explore meaningful ways forward.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I want our work to reflect what matters most to you. Together, we can explore patterns that may be affecting your emotional wellbeing, develop ways to navigate anxiety and depression, work through family related concerns, and build greater confidence as you move through life's transitions.

I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and expressing difficult emotions. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more supported, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you're currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our time together.

You don't need to have everything figured out before our first meeting. Whether you have a specific concern you'd like to address or are simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin, we'll take the time to explore what's important to you at a pace that feels comfortable.
