Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in Texas who works with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth challenges. I have experience supporting clients dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and addiction recovery. I believe that even during difficult times, people have the ability to rediscover their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on helping clients build self-compassion, understand underlying emotional patterns, and develop healthy coping strategies. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. We will discuss current concerns, personal goals for therapy, and any relevant background information that may help guide the therapeutic process.

This session also provides an opportunity for clients to ask questions about therapy and learn more about my approach. My goal is to ensure that clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported while we begin developing a plan that aligns with their needs and goals.
