Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dynamic clinician whose mission is to positively impact, inspire and empower my clients. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, dysfunctional family dynamics, inter generational trauma, post-traumatic stress, intimate partner violence and, racism. I am culturally responsive and skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, Solution Focused Therapy & Motivational interviewing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that very little can be accomplished in treatment without developing a harmonious therapeutic relationship- free of judgment and fear. Once this is established, we can identify, challenge and change the thought patterns and behaviors that lead to unfulfillment and negative stagnation.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you come away with increased self awareness and that you are on the path to the personal growth that will allow you to dismantle the barriers to an improved and empowered reality.
