I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Behavioral Health Counseling. My prior certification as a Clinical Trauma Specialist allows me to bring a holistic approach to trauma-informed care. I bring a deep understanding of the challenges people face across different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I meet you where you are right now, tailoring each session to your unique goals. Together, we work towards clarity and intentional change. I draw from evidence-based practices, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe limiting beliefs

  • Mindfulness for calm and self-awareness
  • Strengths-Based Counseling to tap into your inner resources

I deeply honor each person’s unique story, walking alongside you to illuminate pathways to healing and growth.
