Great to meet you!

Dana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade experience. Specialty areas are supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity. I employs a variety of evidence-based practices to empower clients, helping them develop coping strategies and enhance their social interactions, with a focus on resilience and emotional well-being.

I believe that the relationship between clinician and client is a sacred one and that the potential for healing and growth is dependent upon the quality of that working relationship. I am known for my ability to be caring yet firm when supporting clients through the process of healing and change.

Lastly, I view clients as having character qualities, past successes, and resilience that provide fertile ground for change. I view my role as clinician as guiding the process towards change while providing hope during the hard times.

My approach to therapy

I see myself as a facilitator of the client's journey. The path that we take is largely dependent on the clients readiness for change, personal goals, and their willingness to do the oftentimes hard work to change and grow.

What you can expect from me

Feeling heard and understood. Feeling challenged to pursue their goals. Feeling supported in their struggles and successes.
