Great to meet you!

As a Board Certified, Clinical Mental Health Counselor I am passionate about helping women of all ages become the healthier version of themselves they envision. This may be difficult when stress and anxiety seems to claim the best of you. Stress unchecked can lead to anxiety, and anxiety when unmanaged, may escalate to anxiety attacks. It will be my honor to come alongside you, helping you recognize your strengths to overcome the debilitating effects of anxiety. Together we will work to identify your vision of a healthier you.

My approach to therapy

As a National Board Certified Counselor, our online sessions together allows you to communicate your best hopes. We work towards helping your hopes become a reality. SFT allows each session to be an exploration of what change looks like for you.

What you can expect from me

Each session begins and ends with calming breaths to aid in the process of focus and stress release. You have a story unique to you; therefore, time and attention will be given to yours within our first few sessions together. Whether this is your first time seeking counseling or one of many times - together, change IS possible!
