Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have been in the field, helping people make positive changes in their lives for 11 years; 7 as a Case Manager and 4 as a Clinician. I have experience working with population suffering from: substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, abuse, Domestic Violence, codependency issues, relationship struggles, self- esteem issues, communication, parenting, and open to working with anyone wanting to work with me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My biggest strength as a Counselor is being able to connect with my clients, making them feel comfortable and heard. I understand asking for help and sharing your struggles with a stranger can be very difficult; however, I pride myself in providing a safe environment for you where you’ll never feel judged and instead will feel validated and understood.

What you can expect from our first session

I am not a miracle worker but If you want positive change in your life, as long as you show up and do the work, I can help you achieve your goals. I look forward to working with you :)
