Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, bringing over seven years of expertise in social work and counseling. I specialize in a unique therapeutic approach that seamlessly blends evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. Combined with my educational background, I also bring a lived experience to my work, being in recovery from mental health and eating disorder issues.

I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and am a certified Ocean Healer & Therapist.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you're facing life transitions, seeking personal growth, or navigating challenges, my therapy sessions are designed to meet you where you are. My areas of expertise include stress management, cognitive behavioral therapy, shame resilience, body image, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

I'm a therapist with a heart-driven approach rooted in social work. Unlike a textbook, I'm not here to spout theories at you.

I believe in the power of genuine connections. Sometimes, it's not about being strictly professional; it's about being real. I want our working relationship to feel like a conversation, not a session. Life is messy, and therapy should be a safe space to embrace that messiness, explore it, and find your way through.
