Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting children, families, and adults with warmth, energy, and genuine connection. I specialize in working with children with autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges such as ODD and DMDD. With a background as an RBT in ABA therapy, along with certifications as a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, I offer comprehensive, informed care for neurodiverse children and their families.

I have a natural ability to connect with kids and understand how they experience the world. Through play, creativity, and structured support, I help children navigate big feelings, build confidence, and develop emotional and behavioral skills in a safe, engaging environment.

Supporting parents is a key part of my work. I provide Parent Management Training to help caregivers better understand their child’s needs, strengthen communication, and respond effectively to challenging behaviors. My goal is to empower families with tools that create calmer, more connected home environments.

I also work with adults, offering a collaborative and encouraging space to explore challenges, recognize strengths, and create meaningful change.

Across all ages, my style is warm, energetic, and empowering. My strengths include building trusting relationships, offering clear guidance, and creating supportive environments where growth feels safe and achievable. I’m committed to meeting you and your family exactly where you are—with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual or family I work with. I draw from evidence-based practices to help clients understand their emotions, build new skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are—with compassion, respect, and practical tools they can use every day.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize unhelpful thoughts and patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and build emotional awareness. I also incorporate Behavioral Therapy and my background in ABA to support children and families in understanding behavior, building communication skills, and creating structure that promotes success.

For clients looking for goal-oriented and solution-driven work, I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help identify strengths, highlight what’s working, and move toward positive change with clarity and confidence.

With children, I combine these approaches with play-based and developmentally informed strategies to create an engaging, supportive environment where learning and growth feel natural and safe. I also provide Parent Management Training to support caregivers in understanding behavior, strengthening connection, and building effective routines at home.

Overall, my therapeutic style is warm, energetic, empowering, and focused on helping clients understand themselves, build skills, and move toward the life they want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a supportive, welcoming space where we get to know each other, explore your goals, and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your needs, clarify what you want from treatment, and work with you to create a plan that feels comfortable, realistic, and empowering. My goal is for you or your child to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about our work together.
