Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 24 years of experience working as a therapist and educator. I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward healing and wholeness. Whether you're releasing past wounds, moving through anxiety or depression, deepening your relationships, reconnecting with your true self, discovering your purpose, or navigating life’s transitions, my intention is to hold space for your growth and transformation. You don’t have to walk this path alone — I’m here to support you, heart and soul.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and heart-centered, drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and existential principles. I meet each person where they are, honoring their unique path while offering practical tools for change, emotional healing, and deeper self-understanding. Together, we explore not only the challenges but also the meaning and growth that can emerge from them.

What you can expect from me

I empower clients to discover and work toward their own meaningful goals in therapy, honoring their inner wisdom and autonomy. Within a safe and supportive space, I walk alongside them — offering guidance, tools, and resources to help them navigate their healing journey. Each step is led by the client’s intention, with my role being to support, encourage, and hold space as they unfold into their fullest self.
