I began my career in 2006, earning my Master’s in Nursing and certifications in Family Medicine, Palliative Care and Psychiatry. Over time, I became passionate about holistic healing and energy therapies like Reiki and Emotion Code. I now specialize in addressing the root causes of mental health challenges, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to empower individuals and families to achieve long-term wellness through a holistic, root-cause approach to mental well-being.

I work closely with clients through a comprehensive health assessment, including a full medical history, lab work, and medication evaluation. Based on this, I make personalized recommendations for herbal and nutritional supplements, lifestyle changes, and medications if needed. Our work together is a partnership, where we collaborate to achieve balance and healing.

After each session, you’ll receive personalized guidance to help you feel your best, with a pace that feels right for you. We’ll meet virtually weekly or biweekly at first, until you’re comfortable with the positive changes you’re experiencing. As you progress, our sessions can shift to monthly or less. You are always in control of your health journey, and I am truly honored to be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
