Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed and somatic therapies. I support individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, with an emphasis on helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build safety within and around themselves, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
I also specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and families before, during, and after pregnancy. Whether someone is preparing for parenthood, adjusting to new roles, or processing difficult reproductive or birth experiences, therapy can be a space to tend to ones mental and emotional well-being with care and intention.
My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, young adults, older adults, caregivers, service workers, and incarcerated individuals. I value meeting each person where they are and honoring the unique context, identities, and systems that shape their lives.
I view healing not as a destination, but as an ongoing practice. My role is not to “fix,” but to walk alongside those wanting support in being able to reduce symptoms, process past experiences, learn new skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward goals that matter to them. Therapy can be a supportive space for growth, learning, and reconnection—at one's own pace, in their own way.
