Great to meet you!

I'm a neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapist and Integrative Health Practitioner offering a holistic, heart-centered approach to healing. Rooted in Jungian, intuitive, and soulful practices, my work creates space for deep self-understanding and grief which is often unacknowledged in our culture. I honor the sacredness of this process and feel privileged to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward wholeness.

My approach to therapy

My work is trauma-informed based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. IFS helps us understand the parts of ourselves that carry pain and those that protect us. Through this gentle, powerful approach, we create space for healing and integration of exiled parts of the psyche. I'm also a grief ritual facilitator, informed by Francis Weller’s work.

I draw from a range of modalities to tailor therapy to each client’s needs, including Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Yoga-Informed Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Art Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, empathetic, and attuned space for clients. In our first session, I will learn about what brings you to therapy and help to identify goals so that the therapeutic experience can be rewarding for you.
