About Me

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, anger, relationship challenges, family conflict, or major life transitions begin affecting your daily life. I specialize in working with men, teens, young adults, and families who are seeking greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and meaningful change.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, frustrated, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, breakups, family stress, anger, identity concerns, or the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop practical strategies to create lasting change.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, understood, and challenged to grow. I help clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, manage difficult emotions, and build greater confidence in themselves and their ability to handle life’s challenges.

Whether you’re facing a difficult relationship, struggling with anxiety or anger, navigating family conflict, or adjusting to a major life change, therapy can help you gain clarity, better understand yourself, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and supportive. I strive to create a space where clients can be honest about their struggles, gain insight into their experiences, and make meaningful changes that support a healthier and more fulfilling life. A space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted without judgment.
