Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults navigate life's challenges. My background includes working in outpatient therapy, community mental health, crisis intervention, trauma treatment, and clinical leadership.

I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth, healing, and change. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. As a Christian counselor, I am happy to incorporate faith-based principles when requested, while respecting each client's individual beliefs and values.

My areas of focus include family therapy, reunification, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, stress management, and personal growth. I am committed to helping clients develop practical skills, gain insight, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in the process.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies for creating meaningful change.

I recognize that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Whether you are working through trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth, I strive to provide support, encouragement, accountability, and tools you can apply in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant life experiences, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve.

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can share at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There is no pressure to tell your entire story in one session.

By the end of our first meeting, we will identify initial goals, discuss a plan for moving forward, and determine how therapy can best support your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
