I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a passion for all folks from all walks of life, with most of my experience being with teenagers, young adults, and older adults. My approach to therapy

As a trained social worker, I guide my practice utilizing Systems Theory. I am EMDR trained. My theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
