Great to meet you!

I have been in practice since 2004. I have spent many years working in inpatient programs for substance and addiction disorders. I have also worked in outpatient services for mental health and addictions prior to opening my private practice in Nevada. I focused this heavily on diagnosis and treatment of personality disorders including Borderline, Histrionic, Antisocial, and Narcissistic. I opened my private practice in the State of Washington in 2021 allowing me to serve two states!

My approach to therapy

I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy or DBT as part of a holistic approach to treating the whole person. Using tools like mindfulness, meditation, integrative medicine including nutrition and exercise, and general wellness can help someone to regulate emotions, decrease anxiety and depression, and learn interpersonal skills and emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we complete the intake process. We discuss treatment goals and determine next steps that will be the best fit for your needs.
